Both of British Land’s new office buildings at Regent’s Place achieved BREEAM Excellent environmental ratings, with the new residential scheme achieving Ecohomes Excellent and Very Good ratings. Understandably, the company was keen to communicate its achievements, and so we helped the team to put together a leaflet highlighting how they had designed the buildings to be over 30% more energy efficient than current standards, as well as incorporating 27,000 sq ft of green roofs and a rainwater harvesting system that will recycle 2.4 million litres each year.
At Regent’s Place, Commercial Inspirations has helped us to launch our new website, write successful award entries and produce effective sustainability communications. They have shown themselves able to work with a range of agencies to produce good results, on time and on budget.
